Now Hiring - Assistant Property Manager (HUD) in Spartanburg, SC

The Assistant Property Manager provides clerical support for the administration of a multi-family affordable housing property, including handling resident files, greeting clients, data entry, and assisting with the recertification process. This position reports the Property Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following areas:

• Receive rental applications and maintain waitlists
• Preparation and completion of resident files
• Monthly rent collection and posting of deposits
• Implement and organize file storage for existing and former tenants
• Provide administrative support to property management team

QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS & ABILITIES

• 2 years administrative experience required
• Demonstrated competency with Yardi or other reporting software, MS Office
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
• HUD and LIHTC experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
